ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ORGANIZATION FOR THE FRANCHISE SECTOR, I. UFRAD WORKSHOP WAS HELD ON 27 AUGUST,2019

In the first UFRAD Workshop was held which were disccussed the problems and solutions of the sector at Istanbul Aydın University Tepekent Social Facilities on August 27. The UFRAD Franchising Association, which plans to publish a 5-year 'UFRAD Franchising Sector Strategy Plan' as a result of a series of studies that will start with this workshop, about in cost reduction with the Suppliers, Shopping Centers and Street Stores, Franchise Fairs, Expansion and Standards and training and supervision protection were handled.  At the end of the first UFRAD Workshop, moderators shared table reports and solution proposals and completed with participants’ wishes and requests.

Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın, expressing that the franchising sector is growing rapidly also said “‘The franchisor brands firstly should develop their brands according to their customers wishes and needs. In order for the franchise system to be successful, the quality standard must be kept high and the operation / control mechanism must be used very effectively.” Doç. Dr. Mustafa Aydın stating that we have to provide the necessary changes and structuring for the future by addressing the problems of the franchising system. It is the most successful structure especially for the brands planning to grow abroad. Also he said;” Branding is one of the most necessary factors for the development of a country. Today, all powerful economies take over world markets with their brands. Many innovative idea of hosting world-class products and services in Turkey entrepreneurs and companies should come out of their shells, tails and develop the power of world-class brands by recognizing their strenght. Although we have come a long way, we have more work”. He added that they will continue to work together without stopping and getting tired.

The workshop which ended with the barbecue party in the social facilities brought together the Franchise sector of our country.
